New Adventure Celebrated Theme Weeks


	Raffello Filipponi, age 2 from New Eagle, is awed by one of the clowns from the New Adventure’s Circus Week.

The children of New Adventure Learning Center, located on the campus of Monongahela Valley Hospital, enjoyed theme weeks all summer long.

One of the most popular weeks was a circus celebration and learning experience. The highlight of the week for the children was attending a circus – watching acrobats, laughing with the clowns as they made balloon animals, being entertained by a magician, and playing circus games while munching on popcorn. The children also enjoyed a circus themed lunch while dining under the Big Top.

New Adventure Learning Center currently is accepting applications for the Nursery School Program for the 2010-2011 school year.

They offer a class for three- and four-year-old children on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and a class for four- and five-year-old children on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to Noon.

The classes will be in session from September 2010 until May 2011.

New Adventure also offers daycare services to children ages three months to five years old. Please call Raquel Virgili at 724-258-1808 for more information or to enroll.
