Providing a caring, experienced team of physicians, nurses, dietitians and certified diabetes educators, we will help you to better understand and manage your diabetes with education and support while you’re in the hospital or through the outpatient treatment program. MVH’s Diabetic Self-Management Program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association as meeting the national standards for education.
